A relatable and authentic mental health and integrative therapist.
I am trauma informed and neuro affirming, grounded in self awarenesss and compassion focused.
As humans we are all so beautifully unique and therefore I draw on a variety of approaches in my practice inc person centred, psychodynamic, parts work, somatics, attachment therapy, and psychoeducation.
I am also a mum, a highly sensitive messy human and have had my fair share of life experiences, loss and trauma.

My experience spans over 20 years and various settings - young offenders institutes, schools, community projects, charity services and the private sector.
I have over 2000 clinical hours working with various clients - inc children, young people and adults.
I am LGBTQ+ and neuro affirming
